An episode of Podcast and Chill featuring businessman Benjy Maponya has disappeared from YouTube, with the removal coming amid an ongoing legal dispute involving mining businessman Solomon “MySol” Madibela.

The episode, which reportedly attracted more than 1.9 million views, was no longer available on the platform on Tuesday, 27 October 2026.
The interview, featuring Maponya, attracted widespread attention after he made allegations about his former business relationship with Madibela and a mining venture linked to the N4 Cluster project. Madibela has disputed Maponya’s account and pursued legal action over the statements.

The dispute escalated after the Gauteng High Court granted an urgent interim interdict on 8 October, restricting the publication or broadcast of specified statements concerning Madibela. The order was followed by contempt of court proceedings over alleged non-compliance.
According to reports published on Tuesday, Maponya is also challenging a court judgment finding him in contempt, seeking leave to appeal the decision.
It remains unclear why the Maponya interview was removed from YouTube. Neither Podcast and Chill host Macgyver “MacG” Mukwevho nor the Podcast and Chill Network had publicly explained the removal at the time of reporting.
The episode’s disappearance comes as the legal dispute continues, with questions surrounding the publication of the interview and compliance with the court order remaining central to the matter.
