South Africa is celebrating an exceptional academic achievement by Siza Gule, an 18-year-old learner from St John’s College in Johannesburg, who obtained nine distinctions with an impressive 94% overall average.
Gule’s outstanding matric results have earned him admission to Harvard University in the United States, where he will study Law and Politics.
His success has been widely praised as a reflection of discipline, hard work and academic excellence, and as a source of inspiration for young South Africans aspiring to compete at a global level.
