Despite Failing the Bar Exam, Kim Kardashian Reaffirms Her Commitment to Law

American media mogul and aspiring lawyer Kim Kardashian has opened up about her recent failure of the California bar exam — but remains steadfast in her commitment to becoming an attorney. In an emotional new vlog, Kardashian shared a glimpse into her intense study routine and addressed speculation that her busy schedule might be limiting her progress.

Kardashian, who is both a reality TV star and a successful businesswoman, has been juggling her legal studies alongside filming the family’s reality show, managing multiple businesses, and raising four children. She dismissed rumors that she wasn’t studying seriously, revealing that she had dedicated extensive time to preparing for the exam.

In her vlog, filmed two weeks before sitting for the bar exam, Kardashian shared:

“I have been studying for four months for this exam. I stopped working on everything and just focused on it.”

She posted the video on social media with a heartfelt caption:

“I’ve shared so much of this journey with you, and this summer I documented some of the final two weeks of studying — the ups, the downs and everything in between. On November 7th, I found out I didn’t pass the bar. It was disappointing, but it wasn’t the end.”

Despite the setback, Kardashian remains undeterred.

“This dream means too much to me to walk away from, so I’m going to keep studying, keep learning and keep showing up for myself until I get there.”

Her determination is not new. Before attempting the bar exam, she famously failed the “baby bar” exam three times before eventually passing it — a requirement for California’s apprenticeship program she’s using instead of law school.

But her dedication comes at a cost. Kardashian confessed that the stress of studying once led doctors to find a brain aneurysm — a potentially fatal condition — during a medical scan. Still, she refuses to quit.

In a preview of an upcoming episode of The Kardashians, her sister Kourtney Kardashian-Barker asks why Kim continues to pursue law with everything else going on in her life. Kim’s response is simple:

“Why would I stop now?”

Her resolve has drawn praise from friends, family, and fans alike. Celebrity stylist Simone Harouche expressed her admiration:

“So so proud of you, Kim. All your hard work and dedication is truly incredible! You’ve got this!!!”

Khloé Kardashian added:

“I am so so proud of you!!! I saw how hard you studied and how badly you want this! Keep going! We don’t give up! You got this, baby!”

Celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton also encouraged her:

“You will do it, babe, I know it.”

Kim’s journey into law has been motivated by her work in criminal justice reform, where she has already helped free several wrongfully convicted inmates. Her journey, filled with both setbacks and victories, continues to inspire countless aspiring lawyers around the world.
