South African star Thembinkosi Lorch found the back of the net as Wydad Casablanca stormed into the CAF Champions League group stage with a 5-1 victory over Asante Kotoko, completing a dominant 6-1 aggregate win.
It was a one-sided affair from start to finish, with Hamza Hannouri, Stephane Aziz Ki, Oussama Zemraoui, Mohamed Bouchouari, and Lorch all getting on the scoresheet for the Moroccan giants.
Lorch’s goal added to an already impressive performance as Wydad showcased their attacking power and continental pedigree.
