Lekompo star Shebeshxt, whose real name is Lehlogonolo Chauke, appeared before the Polokwane Magistrate’s Court today, where a trial date in his ongoing case was expected to be confirmed.
However, during proceedings, his attorney made an urgent request for the artist to receive immediate medical assistance for his injured leg, telling the court that his condition required urgent attention.
The court granted the request and ruled that Shebeshxt will first be detained at the Polokwane Police Station, before being taken to see a doctor on Monday for medical treatment.
After receiving medical attention, the musician is expected to be transferred to Polokwane Correctional Services as his legal matter continues.
The development comes as fans continue to closely follow both the star’s legal troubles and concerns over his health, particularly after recent appearances raised questions about the condition of his leg.
