A tragic accident involving two vehicles has claimed the life of an infant in Efolweni, eThekwini.
According to reports, both drivers were trapped inside their vehicles following the collision. Emergency responders had to cut through the wreckage to free them.
Drivers Rescued Alive
A male driver from one of the vehicles was successfully rescued alive after being extricated. In the second vehicle, a female driver was also freed from the wreckage and survived the crash.
Infant Tragically Dies
However, the woman’s baby, who was less than a month old, sadly did not survive the incident.
