The Western Cape High Court has ruled that Pumlani Kubukeli and Dr Khanyisile Litchfield-Tshabalala must be reinstated as Members of Parliament after they were expelled by the MK Party.
The two MPs had been removed from the party, resulting in them losing their positions in Parliament.
The court’s ruling now clears the way for Kubukeli and Litchfield-Tshabalala to return to Parliament.
