Brown Mogotsi appeared in court today, where his case was postponed to 3 August 2026 for further proceedings.
During the court appearance, the State handed Mogotsi’s legal team a video that allegedly shows him shooting at his own vehicle.
The footage is expected to form part of the prosecution’s case and comes after Mogotsi previously claimed that hitmen had opened fire on him.
The matter has now been postponed to allow the defence to study the evidence and prepare for the next stage of the proceedings.
