Discussions focused on advancing collaboration in energy, transport and logistics infrastructure, and trade, with both countries looking to deepen economic ties and unlock mutual growth opportunities.
The leaders also emphasised the importance of coordinated responses to transnational organised crime, committing to closer cooperation in tackling cross-border criminal activities that affect both nations.
The meeting reflects ongoing efforts to strengthen regional partnerships and ensure that cooperation between South Africa and Mozambique delivers tangible benefits for their economies and citizens.
