Ngizwe Mchunu Fires Back at Julius Malema Amid Legal Dispute

Media personality Ngizwe Mchunu has responded sharply to legal threats from Julius Malema, escalating an already tense public dispute.

This comes after Malema’s lawyers demanded that Mchunu apologise within 24 hours and pay R1 million in damages over allegations that he received R60 million from Nigerians — claims Malema denies and considers defamatory.

In his response, Mchunu refused to apologise, stating that he would not engage with Malema, whom he described as “a dead snake”, suggesting he is no longer relevant.

Mchunu went further, accusing Malema of selling out South Africans to foreign nationals, and said he is not afraid of the legal action being threatened against him. He also suggested that Malema should go to prison.

The exchange has intensified the standoff between the two, with the matter now likely to proceed to court if no resolution is reached.
